IVAAN INC (operating as Tradecovex) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

IVAAN INC is a federally incorporated company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We operate the Tradecovex trade copier and AI journal software. Our privacy contact is support@tradecovex.com.

What we collect

• Your email address and account credentials, collected at signup.
• Trade data: fills, prices, quantities, instruments, and timestamps generated by the Tradecovex copier running on your machine. This data is transmitted from the copier to our servers and stored on your behalf to power the dashboard and journal features.
• Account configuration: your copier settings, follower account configuration, and trading rules. Account identifiers are pseudonymized — we store an internal reference code, not your raw broker account number.
• Copier status events: connection status, drift events, and heartbeat pings used to display your copier's live status in the dashboard.
• Billing information: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your credit card number.

What we do not collect

• Broker login credentials. The copier operates through NinjaTrader's API and never sees your broker username, password, or session token.
• Your real name (not required to use the product).
• Your IP address in association with trade data.
• Any data you do not explicitly provide or generate through use of the product.

Where your data is stored

Canadian user data is stored on DigitalOcean servers in Toronto, Canada. US user data is stored on DigitalOcean servers in New York, USA. Data is routed to the region closest to you at signup. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

How we use your data

• To operate the trade copier and display your trading dashboard and journal.
• To provide AI-powered journal analysis when you have opted in to that feature.
• To send you product and account communications you have consented to receive.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy.

Third parties who process your data

• DigitalOcean: hosts our servers in Toronto, Canada (Canadian users) and New York, USA (US users).
• Lemon Squeezy: processes subscription payments as Merchant of Record. We do not share trade data with Lemon Squeezy.
• Anthropic: processes anonymized trading summaries when you opt in to AI journal analysis. Raw trade data and account identifiers are not transmitted to Anthropic. Anthropic's commercial API terms prohibit using your data to train their models.

AI features

When you enable AI journal analysis, anonymized statistical summaries of your trading patterns are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. This is an optional feature that is off by default. Before enabling it for the first time, you will be shown a specific consent prompt. You can disable AI analysis at any time in your account settings.

Your rights

• Right to access: request a full export of all data we hold about you at any time by emailing support@tradecovex.com.
• Right to deletion: request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. We will complete deletion within 30 days.
• Right to correct: if any information we hold about you is inaccurate, contact us and we will correct it.
• Right to withdraw consent: you can withdraw consent to any data processing at any time.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days to allow reactivation. After 90 days, all trade data, account configuration, and status history is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained as required by Canadian tax law.

Data breaches

If a breach of your personal data occurs that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

Applicable law

This policy is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's federal privacy law. Contact support@tradecovex.com with any privacy questions.

Changes to this policy

We will notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy.
