These Terms of Service govern your use of Tradecovex, operated by IVAAN INC, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Tradecovex is a software tool for trade copying and journaling. It executes the trading instructions you configure. It is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer, or portfolio manager. It does not provide investment advice. It does not make trading decisions on your behalf.
Use of Tradecovex does not guarantee profitable trading, passing prop firm challenges, funded account retention, or any specific trading outcome. Past performance shown in the journal is informational only and is not indicative of future results.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. You are responsible for complying with the terms and rules of any prop firm, broker, or exchange you trade with. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Tradecovex does not violate any prop firm rules, broker agreements, or applicable law. Tradecovex makes no representation about whether the use of a trade copier is permitted by any specific prop firm.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IVAAN INC is not liable for: trading losses of any kind; failure to fill orders; missed trades; broker outages; NinjaTrader failures; network interruptions; data loss; or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tradecovex.
If, despite the above, IVAAN INC is found liable for any claim, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your Tradecovex subscription in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in Tradecovex, including the AI journal analysis feature, constitutes investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or futures contract, or a solicitation to trade. The AI journal provides analytical observations about your historical trading patterns. All trading decisions are yours alone.
You are responsible for keeping your Tradecovex account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at support@tradecovex.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use Tradecovex to: violate any applicable law or regulation; interfere with or disrupt the service; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; use the service for any purpose other than your own personal trading management.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The copier is designed to continue operating using its last known configuration if the backend is temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
